We specialise in buying our own plots of land and then building villas for our clients to their own specifications.
 

We are based in Santa Cristina d’Aro in the heart of the Costa Brava.

We have a good selection of quality properties for sale working mainly around the Santa Cristina d'Aro area but also have properties further up and down the coast in towns from Sant Feliu up to Begur, including Platja d’Aro, S’Agaro, Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Tamariu, Palamos, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Castel d’Aro and more.

We also work with other real estate agents, so we can find exactly what you're looking for or trying to sell but at no extra cost to you as we split our commissions with the other agents.
We work with local banks who can offer mortgages as much as 80% of the value of the property, providing valuations and setting up payments of utility bills , etc.

We can arrange meetings with banks, solicitors and many reputable tradesman for building work, gardening etc.

We have been living on the Costa Brava for more than 20 years and have so many contacts for everything you could need, knowing the right people comes from experience and we have plenty of that.

We know all the villages and towns, so we can advise you on the best area for you specific requirements, whether it is prices, views, amenities, tranquil living, from countryside mansions to frontline apartments with amazing sea views we can advise on any situation that you require.
